Post Apocalyptic Aesthetic

Cinematography

These images convey the idea that society has dissolved and people are living in very natural areas like forests and deserts. Their clothing also fits the environment they are in, like wearing lots of layers to protect themselves from the cold or armour to protect them during fights.

Colour Palettes

These colours are expressed through the clothing the characters often wear. The dull, muted colours reflect the dark state of the world they live in. It also indicates they are always dirty, prioritising survival rather than their appearance.

These warmer colours are shown through the remains of the old world. The red colours being what is left of buildings from the world now and the orange and browns being rust from old cars and machines.

The more vibrant colours are only shown through the environment the characters are. The oranges being deserts or wastelands and the greens being the forests.
