Fantasy films often have the same story of a hero on a quest with the help of others that can be superhuman, powerful beings that help move on the film to an positive ending. Since most of the narratives of fantasy have a positive ending it appeals to younger audiences and older audiences due to the escapist nature of this sub-genre.
